At Guava & Co, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Be returned in their original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at aloha@guavaandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Guava & Co is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aloha@guavaandco.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
